Clear terms before you pay

Rental terms.

These terms explain the general rules for renting an e-bike from Skyline Telecom LLC, operating as ATL Delivery Bikes in Atlanta. Your confirmed quote and rental agreement will contain the details for your specific rental.

Terms version 2026-09-21.1

A request is not a reservation.Sending a request does not charge you, hold a bike, or create a rental agreement. We first confirm availability, your handover arrangements, the complete price and the agreement. A rental is confirmed only after the required signed agreement and payment are completed. Payment is required before handover.

1. Eligibility and identification

You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid government-issued photo ID at handover. The person named in the rental agreement is responsible for the bike and loaned equipment and may not subrent, sell, transfer or lend them to another rider unless ATL Delivery Bikes agrees in writing.

We may decline or cancel a rental when identification cannot be verified, payment is not completed, the requested bike is unavailable, or we reasonably believe the rental cannot be completed safely or lawfully.

2. Pricing, quote and security requirement

Current launch rental prices are $89 per week and $299 per month. Promotional pricing may change for future rentals, but the price in your accepted quote controls your rental.

For an existing signed rental that requires a refundable deposit, it is reviewed after the bike and all loaned equipment are returned and inspected. Deductions may apply for missing items, unpaid amounts, loss, theft or damage beyond ordinary wear, as described in the rental agreement. Deductions must be supported by the signed agreement and documented evidence; normal wear is excluded. We initiate refund of the undisputed balance within seven business days after return and inspection, subject to any shorter mandatory deadline. Bank processing time after a refund is issued is controlled by the payment provider and your bank.

For new rentals, card entry and storage take place in Square. The separate authorization explains the permitted charges and how to withdraw permission. Our website does not collect card numbers or CVV, reserve a deposit, or automatically charge for damage. We verify the required authorization before handover.

3. Bike and included equipment

Both rental plans include the e-bike, battery, charger, heavy-duty lock, rear rack, fitted phone holder and basic maintenance. A helmet and insulated delivery bag are available on request at no extra charge, subject to availability and fit. All items remain the property of ATL Delivery Bikes and must be returned together.

Website photos may show a frame style for reference. We confirm the actual bike, fit, condition and selected equipment before handover. Battery range varies with rider weight, cargo, weather, hills, tire pressure, assist level, throttle use and other conditions.

4. Handover, inspection and return

Meetups are by appointment at an agreed public location. Address delivery may be available for a fee stated in the quote. These meeting areas are not walk-in storefronts.

At handover, inspect the bike and equipment, report any existing damage, review basic operation and confirm the return plan. Return everything on time, reasonably clean and in the condition received, allowing for ordinary wear. Extensions require our approval before the current rental period ends.

5. Safe and lawful use

You are responsible for riding carefully and following applicable traffic, bicycle and e-bike laws. Use lights when required, secure cargo, follow the bike’s stated weight limits and wear a properly fitted helmet. Do not operate the bike while impaired, race it, tow another person or vehicle, carry an unauthorized passenger, use it for unlawful activity, or modify its motor, speed settings, battery, wiring, lock or tracking/security equipment.

You are responsible for deciding whether conditions, routes and your own ability make a ride safe. Delivery platform names mentioned on our site belong to their respective owners; ATL Delivery Bikes is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms.

6. Care, charging and maintenance

Use only the supplied charger and follow the charging instructions given at handover. Keep the battery and charger dry, allow ventilation while charging and do not use damaged electrical equipment. Lock the bike through the frame to a secure fixed object whenever it is unattended and keep keys and access devices in your possession.

Basic maintenance for ordinary rental use is included. Stop riding and contact us promptly if the bike is damaged, makes an unusual sound, shows an electrical warning, has a braking or tire problem, or otherwise appears unsafe. Do not arrange repairs or replace parts without approval. For a qualifying defect or ordinary maintenance issue not caused by you, we offer a suitable replacement if available or credit/refund for unusable rental time as explained in the agreement.

7. Accidents, theft, loss and damage

Report an accident, theft, loss or significant damage to us immediately. For theft or a collision involving another person or property, contact local law enforcement when appropriate and provide the report information. Do not make unauthorized admissions or settlements on our behalf.

Responsibility for damage, loss or missing equipment depends on documented facts and the signed agreement, including negligence, prohibited use or a failure to return equipment. We do not treat every incident as automatic liability. Normal wear, pre-existing damage and defects not caused by the renter are excluded. Repair or replacement claims must be reasonable, supported and free of duplicate recovery or penalties. Any security amount does not, by itself, limit responsibility under the signed rental agreement.

8. Rescheduling, cancellation and early return

You may withdraw an unpaid rental request at any time. Before handover, rental charges and any security deposit already collected are refundable; a separately disclosed delivery/collection service already performed and accepted may be retained where lawful. We impose no separate cancellation or no-show penalty under the current agreement. Voluntary early return after handover does not automatically create a prorated refund; qualifying breakdowns are covered in the agreement. See the Cancellation Policy.

If we cannot provide the confirmed bike or a reasonably acceptable replacement, we will offer to reschedule or refund amounts paid for the unavailable rental, subject to the confirmed agreement.

9. Availability, earnings and service limitations

Bike and equipment availability is not guaranteed until the rental is confirmed. We do not guarantee battery range, uninterrupted availability, delivery-platform access, delivery volume or rider earnings. Website information may be updated, and the accepted quote and signed rental agreement control if they conflict with general website information.

The formal signed Rental Agreement controls the rental. Nothing on this website changes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
