Is there a deposit? Will you hold money on my card?
No security deposit collected. A separately signed card-on-file authorization through Square is required before handover.
Our website doesn’t place a long-term hold or charge your card automatically. The authorization you sign in Square explains when a charge is permitted and how to withdraw permission.
What do I need to rent?
You must be 18 or older and show a valid government-issued photo ID at handover, and you sign a card-on-file authorization through Square. There’s no account to create with us. Choose your rental and meetup preferences, then leave your name and phone number.
Can I use the bike for DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub?
Yes. Our rentals are made for delivery work. You need your own active delivery account; check your platform’s rules for e-bike deliveries in your area. We’re an independent rental business and aren’t affiliated with DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub.
How far can I ride on a charge?
With our 48V 35Ah battery, manufacturer estimates are up to 65 miles on throttle only and up to 110 miles with pedal assist per full charge. The 110-mile estimate uses low assist at about 12 mph on flat terrain. Actual range varies with hills, rider and cargo weight, speed, assist level, weather and battery condition.
What if I get a flat tire or the bike needs a repair?
Basic maintenance for normal use is included. Ordinary road punctures are not included in rent. Contact us to arrange an approved repair yourself or book our service for $39 plus tax, including a new inner tube and labor. Tire or rim damage is quoted separately. Normal wear and defects not caused by you remain covered. Stop riding if a tire is flat. Repairs are by appointment; immediate or same-day service and a replacement bike are not guaranteed. What if the bike is stolen or damaged?
Lock the frame to a fixed object whenever you leave the bike, and report theft to us and the police right away. Responsibility depends on documented facts and your signed agreement, including negligence, prohibited use, failure to return equipment or breach of security duties. Ordinary wear, existing damage and defects that aren’t your fault aren’t charged.
Any claim must show the item, the evidence and the calculation, and you can dispute it. The full rules are in the rental terms.
Does sending a request charge my card?
No. Nothing is charged when you send a request, and it isn’t an instant booking. We first confirm your bike, dates, handover and the full amount with you. You pay only after you agree to the rental terms.
Where do I get the bike?
Choose a free meetup in the Central Park area (30308) or Midtown Promenade’s lower lot near Midtown Art Cinema. Home delivery is $40, including scheduled return pickup. We confirm service to your address, appointment times and the full price including applicable tax before payment. These are meeting areas, not walk-in stores.
Will the Step-Through Pro fit me?
The low, open frame makes it easy to step on and off between deliveries. Ask us about fit before you rent. We confirm your actual bike and help check your setup at handover.
Can I extend or end my rental early?
Rentals don’t renew automatically. Text us before your period ends to extend; a renewal needs approval and payment. Returning early doesn’t automatically refund unused time. We explain these terms before handover.
