Your information
Privacy policy.
This policy explains what Skyline Telecom LLC, operating as ATL Delivery Bikes, collects through atldeliverybikes.com and how we use it when you ask about or rent an e-bike.
Effective September 21, 2026
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit a rental request, text, call, email or communicate with us, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number and optional email address.
- Your requested weekly or monthly plan, preferred start date, meeting or delivery preference, general delivery area and requested equipment.
- Messages, questions and other details you choose to provide.
- Identification and rental-agreement information shown or provided later if you proceed with a rental.
- Payment and transaction details supplied to our payment provider. We do not receive your full payment-card number when a third-party payment provider processes it.
Bike GPS and operational records
Where a rented bike has GPS/security equipment, bike location and tracker information may be used for fleet security, overdue-bike investigation and recovery. We explain the installed equipment before handover. Rental records may also include the prepared agreement version and fingerprint, a copy of its rental schedule, signed-agreement references and verification times, separate card-authorization contract references and verification/removal records (not card numbers or CVV), handover/return checklists, condition-photo references, accepted changes, refund/closeout references and incident reports. We do not import continuous GPS ride histories into this rental website. Relevant incident evidence may be retained separately. Ask us about the installed tracker and its provider before signing. Access is limited to authorized operations use and relevant service providers or authorities when needed.
Information collected automatically
When you use the website, our hosting and analytics providers may collect device and browser information, IP address or approximate country, referring page, pages viewed, interactions, timestamps and similar technical data. Our request system records a request ID, dates, source/page labels and operational history. Security controls use limited technical information to prevent abuse. We do not put full card numbers or copies of identity documents in rental request records.
2. How we use information
- Respond to your request and confirm bike, date and equipment availability.
- Prepare a complete quote and arrange meetup, delivery, payment, handover, support and return.
- Create and administer a rental agreement and transaction.
- Communicate service messages about your request or rental.
- Prevent spam, fraud, misuse and security problems.
- Measure website performance, understand demand and improve our services and advertising.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our customers, property and rights.
4. Analytics, advertising and cookies
We use essential cookies to verify a saved rental-request receipt and protect owner sign-in. These do not contain your payment-card information. The public production site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with pages through session replays and heatmaps, including clicks, taps and scrolling. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to collect website usage data for site improvement, security and advertising purposes, as described in Microsoft’s Privacy Statement. We also use Meta Pixel to measure visits, rental requests and advertising effectiveness. These services may associate website activity with online identifiers, and their providers process information under their own privacy terms. The owner tools, private prepared agreements and TEST preview do not load these analytics tools.
You can restrict cookies through your browser and use device or platform privacy controls. Blocking some technology may reduce analytics or advertising measurement but should not prevent you from calling or texting us.
5. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including customer support, rental administration, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Different records may have different retention periods. GPS history retained by the tracking provider is governed by its actual settings and applicable policies; we can explain those before handover. Deleting an inquiry does not automatically delete a completed transaction, signed contract or evidence needed for a dispute.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small rental business. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through ordinary text or email unless we specifically request an appropriate method.
6. Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to records we need to keep for a rental, transaction, security or legal reason. You may also ask questions about our use of your information. Contact us using the details below.
You can choose not to submit the online form and contact us by phone instead. Browser and device settings can limit cookies. Because there is no single accepted technical standard, the site may not respond to every browser “Do Not Track” signal.
7. Children
Our rentals and request form are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the rental request process. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.
8. Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy as our website, payment process or services change. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
