Current security option: New rental schedules require separate card-on-file authorization through Square, with no security deposit collected. Your completed schedule states the applicable requirement. Existing signed schedules are unchanged.

1. Your rental and confirmation

This agreement is between the Company named above and the adult renter in the completed rental schedule. The schedule identifies the bike, equipment, exact dates, meeting and return arrangements, rental charge, fees, tax, security requirement and total in US dollars. A week is seven consecutive days. A monthly rental ends on the exact agreed date; it does not renew automatically. Advertised daily equivalents are comparisons, not daily rental rates.

A website request is not a reservation and does not authorize a charge. We confirm availability and the complete quote first. The rental is confirmed when the required agreement is signed, payment is verified and we send the handover confirmation. Do not travel to a meeting until its time and location are confirmed. No blank or later-added charge becomes part of this agreement without your written acceptance.

2. Payment and refundable security deposit

Pay the complete confirmed amount before handover using the secure Square instructions supplied after approval. Never send card numbers, CVV or card photographs to us. We verify payment with Square; a link, browser redirect or screenshot alone is not confirmation.

If the schedule requires a refundable deposit, it is separate from rent. It is not insurance, a purchase payment or a long-term authorization hold. It is not automatically forfeited. We may apply it only to documented amounts properly owed under this agreement and provide an itemized explanation and evidence before retaining money. The deposit does not limit liability for an otherwise valid claim.

We initiate the refund of the undisputed deposit balance within seven business days after return and inspection. If an issue remains under review, we explain the disputed amount, evidence and expected decision date, and refund the undisputed balance within that period. Bank processing may take additional time. Any shorter mandatory legal deadline controls.

This agreement authorizes no automatic renewal, automatic damage charge or storage of a payment card. Any future recurring payment or card-on-file arrangement requires separate explicit authorization through a supported payment process.

3. Cancellation and changes

Cancel by text, WhatsApp or email with your request ID. An unpaid request may be withdrawn without charge. Before handover, rental charges and the security deposit are refundable. The only service fee we may retain is a separately disclosed delivery or collection service already performed and accepted by you, where permitted by law. We impose no separate cancellation, no-show or administrative penalty under this version.

If we cannot provide the agreed rental and you decline a suitable alternative, we refund payments for services not provided. We initiate cancellation refunds within seven business days, subject to any shorter legal deadline.

After handover, voluntary early return does not automatically entitle you to a refund of unused rental time. Section 7 addresses qualifying breakdowns. Any non-waivable cancellation or refund rights take precedence. If a transaction requires a separate statutory cancellation notice, we will provide it; this agreement does not replace that notice.

4. Renewal and late return

Request an extension before the current return deadline. A renewal requires our approval, your acceptance of the new end date and complete charge, and verified payment before the extension starts. Keep a copy of the written renewal confirmation. Keeping the bike or sending a request does not create an extension. If renewal is not approved or paid, arrange return by the existing deadline.

Tell us promptly if you expect to be late. No flat late fee or automatic full-period renewal applies. For an unapproved delay caused by you, additional use is calculated from the paid rental charge for the current period divided by its scheduled duration, multiplied by the actual late time. We explain any calculation before requesting payment; it is not an automatic card charge. No late-use charge applies to delay caused by our failure to attend an agreed return. Statutory rights and agreed written exceptions prevail.

5. Rider and permitted use

Only the named renter may ride. You must be at least 18, show valid government-issued photo identification at handover and be able to control the bike safely. We check identification in person; do not upload ID or send a full ID number through the website. If fit, identity or safe operation cannot be confirmed, we may decline handover and refund the unprovided rental.

Food delivery and ordinary transport are permitted where lawful. You remain responsible for your delivery-platform eligibility and route rules. We are not your employer and are not affiliated with DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub. We do not guarantee earnings, platform access, uninterrupted work or battery range.

Wear a properly fitted, fastened bicycle helmet on every ride as a rental condition, whether using ours or your own. Follow traffic laws, posted route restrictions, load limits and the bike instructions. Do not ride impaired, race, carry passengers, tow, lend or subrent the bike, modify speed controls or wiring, tamper with security devices or make unauthorized repairs. Secure cargo without affecting control. Stop safely before using a phone.

6. Equipment and charging

Your schedule and handover record identify the equipment supplied, including any requested helmet and bag at no extra rental charge. Inspect the bike and accessories with us, record existing damage, check fit and ask questions. We explain controls, locking, charging and the return plan. Acceptance does not waive hidden defects or our obligation to supply safe equipment.

Before riding, check brakes, tires, lights, battery attachment and visible condition. Use only the supplied compatible charger and approved battery. Follow the charging instructions; remain present and awake while charging, unplug when complete, keep equipment dry and keep exits clear. Do not use or charge a damaged, swollen, leaking or unusually hot battery. For smoke, fire or immediate danger, move away and call emergency services; do not attempt a risky recovery.

7. Maintenance and breakdowns

Basic maintenance for normal use is included. Stop riding and contact us if the bike becomes unsafe or develops a fault. Do not finish a delivery on unsafe equipment. We arrange inspection or repair; obtain approval before arranging repairs yourself.

For a defect or ordinary maintenance issue not caused by you, we offer a suitable replacement if available or a credit/refund for unusable rental time from your prompt report until safe service is restored or the rental ends. Proration uses the paid rental charge and the duration of the affected paid period. Cooperate with reasonable inspection and collection arrangements. Replacement availability and roadside response times are not guaranteed.

8. Locking accidents theft and damage

Lock the frame to a suitable fixed object using the supplied lock whenever unattended, keep keys or access devices with you and use secure storage when not riding. Follow the handover security instructions. GPS does not replace locking or guarantee recovery.

For an accident or injury, prioritize safety and call 911 when needed. Notify us as soon as safely possible. Report theft or a missing bike promptly to us and the police; provide the report number when available. Preserve relevant facts and photographs safely. Do not confront a suspected thief.

You are responsible for documented damage, missing equipment or loss to the extent caused by your negligence, intentional or prohibited use, failure to return equipment or breach of the security duties. Ordinary wear, pre-existing damage and defects not caused by you are not chargeable. An incident does not automatically establish fault.

A claim must identify the item, evidence and calculation. Repair charges must be reasonable. If repair is not practical, replacement value considers age and condition before the loss. We do not impose a penalty, duplicate an insurance recovery or charge more than the compensable loss. You may review and dispute the evidence. No automatic card charge is authorized.

9. Return and inspection

Return the bike and every loaned accessory to our representative at the agreed appointment. Do not abandon equipment or leave it at an unapproved location. Bring batteries, charger, lock, all keys/fobs, phone holder, bag, helmet and other supplied items. Report missing items or problems promptly.

We acknowledge physical receipt and compare condition, equipment, odometer and photographs with the handover record. You may take your own photographs and ask for a return receipt. Receipt of the equipment and completion of a refund are separate events. We document any unresolved issue and apply the deposit process in section 2. Normal wear is not damage.

10. GPS privacy and service messages

The rental schedule discloses whether the bike has a location tracker. We use bike location for fleet security, recovery and investigating relevant incidents. A bike tracker does not give us access to your phone, microphone or delivery accounts. Do not remove or disable it.

We use contact, agreement, payment-reference, condition and incident records to administer the rental, resolve disputes and meet lawful obligations. Access is limited to authorized personnel and providers as needed, and lawful disclosures to authorities. The Privacy Policy supplied with this agreement explains collection, providers, retention and requests. Ask us about the tracker and its practices before signing.

We may contact you by your supplied text, WhatsApp, email or phone details about this rental. This is not consent to marketing. Contact [email protected] about access, correction or deletion; some records must be retained for transactions, disputes or legal requirements.

11. Risks and rights

Cycling has inherent risks, including falls, traffic collisions, road hazards, weather and battery-related injury. Use reasonable care. A deposit is not insurance, and this agreement does not sell or promise insurance or a damage waiver. Check whether your own coverage includes paid delivery use.

This agreement does not release the Company from negligence or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Georgia law governs subject to mandatory applicable protections. We impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver. Contact us first about an issue; you retain applicable legal remedies.

The completed signed schedule, these versioned terms and accepted written amendments control the rental. Later website changes do not alter a signed rental. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue where lawful. Both parties receive a copy.

12. Acceptance and electronic records

By signing the completed agreement, I confirm that I am the named adult renter, reviewed the dates, complete price, security requirement, equipment and return arrangements, and had the opportunity to ask questions. I accept these terms and acknowledge the safety, cancellation, damage and GPS disclosures. I am not signing blank charges or authorizing automatic billing.

If I choose electronic signing, I intend my electronic signature to sign this agreement and consent to receiving this agreement and its signed copy electronically. I need a device with internet access and a browser capable of displaying the contract and a PDF reader to retain the signed copy. I can download, save or print the copy. I may request a paper copy or paper signing at no extra document fee by contacting us. I may withdraw consent for future electronic records or update my contact details; withdrawal does not cancel records already signed. Contact us if I cannot open or retain a document before signing.
